Rail-Trail Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
On June 23rd, 2001 The pedestrian/railway motorcar trail between Whitten Neck Rd. and Rt. 28/109 was officially opened to the public at a ribbon cutting ceremony. The trail work was accomplished with a cooperative effort between the T.R.A.C. and CVRTC organizations. Numerous outside organizations contributed time and money to the project in addition to matching Federal and State grants. Glenna photgraphed much of the day's activities.
