These are 128 Channel Radios with 45 watt transmitter output power. They will be programmed with all 97 American Association of Railroad Frequencies (AAR Channels), the three NARCOA Channels, seven NOAA Weather Channels and the unique Alaska RR Road Frequency. They have a Scan Feature, so you can monitor the Host RR while monitoring the NARCOA Channel on a Priority Basis. All radios (and accessories) undergo a complete mechanical and electrical inspection before being packed for shipment. They carry a one year performance guarantee. These "Top of the Line" radios were recently retired from a public safety / public utility system and are in good physical condition. ( They may have some engraved marking on the collar from the previous organization ). They will ship as a complete "package", with everything necessary to get them configured in your railcar - useable microphone, mic hang up clip, speaker, power cable and primary fuse, interface connector, mounting bracket and a new antenna. To make the installation as easy as possible, I will install the miniature UHF Connector on the coaxial cable before shipment. The supplied antenna is an 18" stainless whip - the mounting is appropriate for either a railcar with a metal ground plane ( Type A, for Woodings and some open Fairmonts with metal roof, etc.) If you have a railcar with a thick fiberglass cab, I would recommend my "Type B" Antenna Assembly, which has a right angle bracket with 1/4"-20 mounting bolts and reinforcement plate, for mounting on the upper rear of your cab (Optional , Extra $ 15). |
Asking $250 for the complete package (SPECTRA and used / tested accessories). Shipping by USPS Priority Mail is $ 20. | Frank Hubley 978-263-8257 |

| 4/9/2007 | Mud guards - Replace your
worn or probably missing Fairmont mud flaps on your MT-19/M-19 rear
fender with new diamond plate aluminum mud guards. They will dress up
the rear of your car and help keep rail grime on the rail, not your
paint! These bolt on the rear fender in the same foot print as the
stock Fairmont mud flaps. I have enough stock for 2 more and am
contemplating pre-orders for more depending on how much interest there
is. NOTE: Original Fairmont mud flap shown for reference only. |
They are $30+ shipping for the pair. | Jesse
